Terms and Conditions
1. Home Sitters inc and employees function strictly in accordance with the services offered above and in no way assume or propose to assume the role of home security or home safety or replace any existing security company employed in such a role by the "client".
2. Home Sitters takes no responsibility for uncontrolled random or forced breeches of security while mandated for the above services. Home Sitters will observe and adhere to all security protocols surrounding the property as specified below. Homesitters will inform the client immediately as to any breech of entry.
Client shall inform their “Security Company” of the
entry and exit of Home Sitters as to the period of the client’s absence.
Failure to inform the "Security Company" could result in legal action, should an employee of homesitters be injured as a result on negligence of the client. All care and diligence will be exercised at all times to ensure the safety of the premises and the contents therein. Entry and exit times will be recorded for such purposes by Home Sitters and its employees and as such, an sms will be sent verifying our exit of the premises.
3. No responsibility can be guaranteed as to the “pets” (which shall include all domestic animals on the premises) health, and therefore no liability or claim can be made against Home Sitters or employees should the “pets” health change while under Home Sitters care. All care and diligence will be exercised at all times to ensure the safety and health of the “pets” entrusted to our care.
Should the “pets” require medical attention, all means possible will be exercised to get the “pet” the required medication and attention, which will be for then account of the client to be settled on return. Client to indicate “preferred” vetenary practitioner on application form provide. In the absence of such information, Home Sitters will appoint the nearest medical facility for pets.
All such procedures will be clearly communicated with the client or client’s nominee in as far as this is possible
4. Home Sitters can take no responsibility for any maintenance break-down of swimming pool equipment while mandated for the above service. Home Sitters will observe and adhere to all instruction, written or verbal surrounding the pool service as specified above.
Client to indicate “preferred” pool maintenance company on application form provide. In the absence of such information, Home Sitters will appoint the nearest pool service facility for repair.
All such procedures will be clearly communicated with the client or client’s nominee in as far as this is possible.
5. Home Sitters will enter or not enter the premises as mandated by the client, and will fulfill the services indicated with an P above. All services will commence once the application is completed and both parties understand the full meaning and consequences of the agreement, furthermore, all fees must be paid in advance via EFT or direct deposit to :
